Description
The fable is qualified as an ‘old genre’, but the stories of this book include current themes and have the ability to test the modern world. In the fable “Where To?”, which is also the title of this book, the author talks about a Globe that falls from the shelf and gets broken into pieces but… no one takes the blame for it.
What is an Orchestra if some of the instruments are out of tune? The concert is eventually ruined. In the fable “Monkey”, a shallow monkey tries to sing, but he can’t; and gets instead advised to rather stick to what he does best – which is jumping from branch to branch. In the fable “Dear Fox”, it seems as the peace between the Fox and the Rooster is easily achieved, but soon, the old habits prevail and the gullible Rooster becomes a victim.
A little innocent Deer, who despite minding her own business, finds herself intimidated by the night and threatened by her enemies; an arrogant Crow who brags about his “busy agenda”, while no one cares about it; and a stupid Woodpecker that demands his friend the Nightingale to drum the trunk, just like he does, etc. are some of the characters and subjects of the fables in this book, which is fun to read and suitable for readers of all ages.
